There are cases where in the reports you can see assisted conversions from orders that were later cancelled. Inboxtarget can in no way track the status of the order and more precisely the cancellation of orders, especially the cancellations that have been made by telephone or email. If users interact with at least one campaign and buy later, then it is considered assisted shopping. Therefore, its value is added to the assisted sales.

Usually we do not limit the number of emails sent. If the newsletter is abused, then we will consider including for free 4 times the number of active users. For 10,000 users 40,000 emails will be included for free.

The prices for emails are: 5 euro/10,000 emails or 30 euro for 100,000 emails.
